Client Service Executive
(Permanent placement after probation)  

BizMappers Ltd. is expanding its team! We are looking for a proactive, organized, and brand-conscious Client Service Executive who can act as the vital bridge between our clients and our creative powerhouse. If you understand the pulse of creative agency culture and know how to turn a client’s vision into a reality, we want you on board.

Vacancies : 01 (One)

Salary: BDT 30,000 – 40,000
Mode of Job: Full-Time (10am – 7pm), Permanent after 3-month probation
Workplace: Work in office 
Weekend: 1 day. (Friday) and alternate Saturday

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their requirements are met with excellence:

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular and professional communication with clients to build long-term partnerships.
  • Project Coordination: Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for the creative team, media buying unit, and other technical teams. 
  • Workflow Management: Manage project timelines and ensure the timely delivery of all creative and digital assets. 
  • Brand Guardianship: Apply your knowledge of branding basics to ensure all deliverables align with the client’s brand identity and objectives.
  • Feedback Loop: Professionally handle client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to make necessary revisions.
  • Meeting & Reporting: Lead client meetings, prepare minutes, and provide regular progress reports on active campaigns. 
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential project bottlenecks and find creative solutions to keep work on track.

Requirements: 

  • Background: Proven experience working within a creative agency culture is essential.
  • Education: University Graduate, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously under pressure.
  • Teamwork: A strong team player who can collaborate effectively across different departments.
