Senior Media Buyer Executive

Salary: salary negotiation  
4- month probation after that job confirmation based on performance. 
Mode of Job: Full-Time (10am – 7pm) 
Workplace: Work in office 
Weekend: 1 day (Friday), and alternate Saturdays

BizMappers is hiring an experienced Senior Media Buyer Executive with 3+ years of experience who specializes in ROI-driven performance marketing and profitable scaling.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an agency environment, manages multiple ad accounts, and can prove results through a strong media buying portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale ROI-focused eCommerce campaigns
• Manage and optimize paid advertising across:

• • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) o TikTok Ads
  • Other relevant paid acquisition channels

• Build and manage full-funnel strategies (cold traffic, retargeting, scaling)
• Optimize campaigns based on CPA, ROAS, AOV, and LTV
• Allocate and scale budgets based on performance data
• Conduct audience research, testing, and creative direction support
• Monitor tracking, pixels, and conversion accuracy
• Provide clear reporting, insights, and performance recommendations
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account management teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on eCommerce media buying experience
• Proven track record of profitably scaling ad spend
• Strong portfolio/case studies showing measurable results
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Solid experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Experience handling multiple clients and ad accounts
