In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their requirements are met with excellence:

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular and professional communication with clients to build long-term partnerships.
• Project Coordination: Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for the creative team, media buying unit, and other technical teams. 
• Workflow Management: Manage project timelines and ensure the timely delivery of all creative and digital assets. 
• Brand Guardianship: Apply your knowledge of branding basics to ensure all deliverables align with the client’s brand identity and objectives.
• Feedback Loop: Professionally handle client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to make necessary revisions.
• Meeting & Reporting: Lead client meetings, prepare minutes, and provide regular progress reports on active campaigns. 
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential project bottlenecks and find creative solutions to keep work on track.

Requirements: 

• Background: Proven experience working within a creative agency culture is essential.
• Education: University Graduate, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Teamwork: A strong team player who can collaborate effectively across different departments.

Key Job Responsibilities:

As our Copywriter, you will be the voice of our clients, bridging the gap between strategy and storytelling. Your standard duties will include: 

• Campaign Development: Prepare creative content ideas and high-impact copy for static posts, dynamic video content, and print advertisements. 
• Brand Alignment: Develop versatile copy tailored to specific brand needs, ensuring consistent tone and voice across all platforms. 
• Content Strategy: Create and manage monthly content calendars for retainer clients to ensure consistent engagement. 
• Research & Insights: Conduct market and competitor research to inform creative directions and stay ahead of industry trends. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with graphic designers to integrate copy with visual elements and work with marketing teams to meet project objectives. 
• Quality Control: Perform thorough proofreading and editing to ensure all deliverables are error-free and meet brand guidelines.
• Pitching: Assist in creating persuasive pitch decks to showcase the agency’s solutions to prospective clients.

Requirements: 

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Copywriter or Content Writer, specifically within a creative agency background. 
• Education: University Graduate, preferably in English, Bangla, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications. 
• Language Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills with native-level proficiency in both English and Bangla grammar.
• Mindset: A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and is eager to learn within a collaborative team environment.

BizMappers is hiring an experienced Senior Media Buyer Executive with 3+ years of experience who specializes in ROI-driven performance marketing and profitable scaling.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an agency environment, manages multiple ad accounts, and can prove results through a strong media buying portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale ROI-focused eCommerce campaigns
• Manage and optimize paid advertising across:

• • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) o TikTok Ads
  • Other relevant paid acquisition channels

• Build and manage full-funnel strategies (cold traffic, retargeting, scaling)
• Optimize campaigns based on CPA, ROAS, AOV, and LTV
• Allocate and scale budgets based on performance data
• Conduct audience research, testing, and creative direction support
• Monitor tracking, pixels, and conversion accuracy
• Provide clear reporting, insights, and performance recommendations
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account management teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on eCommerce media buying experience
• Proven track record of profitably scaling ad spend
• Strong portfolio/case studies showing measurable results
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Solid experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Experience handling multiple clients and ad accounts
