The Mission
Binary Solutions is not looking for a traditional salesperson. We are looking for a Growth Architect to own our revenue engine. As a founding member of our SBU, you will bridge the gap between our technical excellence in SEO/Web/CRM and the global market demand, eventually leading the launch of our internal AI-powered SaaS products.
This is a “Founding Member” (Core Team) level role.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Systems & Automation (The “Architect”)
- Design and implement an automated “Lead-to-Cash” pipeline for both local and global B2B markets.
- Architect and manage our growth tech stack (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) to ensure a seamless, data-driven sales funnel.
- Own the sales CRM, ensuring meticulous lead tracking and performance reporting across all KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership (The “Growth Squad”)
- Direct a multidisciplinary team of SEO, IT, and Creative specialists to produce high-conversion sales collateral and outreach sequences.
- Provide creative and strategic briefs to ensure all marketing assets align with our minimalist, world-class aesthetic.
- Strategic Market Expansion
- Proactively identify and close high-ticket B2B opportunities through discovery calls, networking, and global platform management.
- Lead the market entry for upcoming AI-powered SaaS products, defining pricing and positioning strategies.
- Evolving Mandate
- Act as a core strategic partner to the CEO, identifying new revenue streams and partnership opportunities in our growing startup ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in IT/Software or Agency growth.
- A Consultative Seller who solves business problems through technology.
- Strategic Mindset: You can look at a process and identify where it can be automated or improved. You understand the difference between selling a “website” and selling “business growth.”
- Tech-Savvy: You understand CRM triggers, SEO basics, and automation workflows.
- Exceptional Communicator: Mastery of English is non-negotiable for our international goals.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
We believe in transparency. Your success will be measured by:
- Pipeline Velocity: The number of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated monthly.
- System Efficiency: Successful setup and maintenance of automated outbound/inbound systems.
- Conversion Rate: The percentage of leads converted into high-ticket projects.
- Revenue Growth: Month-over-month increase in the agency’s service revenue.

Requirements:
- Background: Proven experience working within a creative agency culture is essential.
- Education: University Graduate, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously under pressure.
- Teamwork: A strong team player who can collaborate effectively across different departments.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an agency environment, manages multiple ad accounts, and can prove results through a strong media buying portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scale ROI-focused eCommerce campaigns
- Manage and optimize paid advertising across:

- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) o TikTok Ads
- Other relevant paid acquisition channels
- Build and manage full-funnel strategies (cold traffic, retargeting, scaling)

Requirements

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
